All of our policies and procedures exist to help ensure the health and safety of our customers and our team members. We want all to have a happy and healthy experience.
Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth must be worn at all times. We will have adult and child size masks on hand for any masking emergencies. Face masks must be worn at all times when not actively eating and drinking. Walking around with a beverage in hand does not qualify as actively eating and drinking. When seated in our restaurant eating and unmasked, you will be spaced over 10 feet apart from the next family.
During queing and inside of the restaurant and attractions, there will be at least six feet between masked individuals and 10 feet during the times people may be actively eating and unmasked. Team members will que guests if it is necessary to ensure spacing.
The restaurants, restrooms, and attractions will be constantly sanitized and cleaned. Hand sanitizer will be given to all guests prior to entrance to the restaurant and will be offered before entrance to all of the attractions.
We ask all of our team members and our guests to check themselves for symptoms daily. If you do not feel well on the day of our adventure, we kindly ask that you remain home.
All of our policies and protocols are subject to change based on current health guidance, state guidelines, and county regulations. We will not have guidelines more lenient than the ones above. As policies change, we will notate them with a date change on this page and send an email out to all ticket holders with the changes of policies and procedures.
